As Direct Mail Manager for Janbo Trading, a leading international mail order company, Irit was responsible for direct mail driven database development. She also created a highly profitable list rental business for the company and turnover exceeding £750,000. During the previous 15 years in direct marketing, Irit gained her experience with a number of leading companies including; Mardev, NDL International and Fleet Street Letter Publishing.

Nicci joined Caspian in January 2006, having previously worked at Tri-Direct, a respected list and insert manager back then. Nicci is responsible for maximising broker relationships and developing sales of the managed portfolio.

Michael is a specialist in data strategy and CRM. He has spent more than 25 years providing clients with vision and direction on gaining customer insight and building customer relationships through direct marketing. During that time he has worked with more than 120 companies in the UK, Europe and North America.
Michael’s credentials are extensive. He is a Chartered Marketer, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and has experience in most B2B and B2C sectors from financial services and travel to automotive, theme parks, mail order and e-commerce.
An internationally acknowledged consultant, trainer and writer on database marketing, he has delivered his seminars and workshops across Europe, North America and the Far East and lectured at Brunel University London.
